Sunshine Management is a full service property management firm with over 25 years of experience. Our staff is fully equipped to serve any of your property management needs.  We currently manage property throughout Frederick, Washington, Carroll, Montgomery and Loudoun Counties.  Our goal is to provide expert service to each customer and to preserve the value of the property we manage.  Each department within the company works toward this goal.

• Our property managers oversee all operations regarding each property.  They are the liaison between the customer and all other parties.  Each property manager is responsible for all maintenance, accounting, leasing, advertising, collection, reporting and budgeting operations.  Communication with our customers is essential when carrying out these tasks and our managers work closely with them to keep them informed.  Each property manager is a licensed real estate agent and is adept at finding suitable tenants to keep occupancy levels climbing.  

• Our accounting department tracks all cash flows and produces customized reports for each customer.  Reporting is an essential part of recognizing where the profitability of a property can be increased.  All invoices are reviewed and approved multiple times before they are paid, to ensure the utmost accuracy.

• Our in-house maintenance department provides prompt, reliable service and can handle a wide variety of tasks.  Our staff is made up of excellent problem-solvers who are able to formulate long-term solutions to problems.  We offer 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week service for emergency situations to keep each owner's mind at ease.  For any task that is not our specialty, our relationship and history with many local vendors allows our requests to be answered promptly and professionally.
